Pricing Philosophy
Our speakers live in and around Orlando, Florida; conference and convention mecca of the world. So, while they're happy to serve your needs anywhere you want, we'd really like to encourage you to want them every time your group comes to Orlando. That desire shows up in our pricing .
 


Our Pricing
in Two (2) Easy Steps

  
1.
Each speaker's personal service fee is listed in the gold box at the bottom of their biographical page and the bottom of each of his/her topic summaries. This fee includes:
 
A.
 The contact hours required to deliver the program.
B. 1 hour on either side of the program
C. Up to 4 hours of consultation and preparation time
D. Any additional time is billed at $150 per hour
 
2.
If your meeting is 100 or more miles from Orlando City Hall you will also incur "Out of Town" expenses		  
  * Travel fee - $2,000 per day
* Tickets - 1st class, prime time
* Car rental - Cadillac or above
* Room - Suite
* Meals etc. - Market rates

When you book our speakers
for an Orlando meeting -
You Save Four Ways

  

 

 

 

 1. You save the $2,000 travel fee, and
2.
 You also save travel costs
- (airline ticket, rental car)
3.
 In addition, you save the cost
of room and board
4.

And to top it all off -----
You save yourself
considerable hassle
 
 


Payment Terms

 
 
A.
 50% of the speaker's peronal service fee
is due at time of reservation. This is non-refundable.
B.
 The balance of speaker's fee is due
one week prior to the speaker's appearance.
C.
 Travel tickets, car rental and room rentals
should be prepaid by you whenever possible.
D.

Expense reimbursement is due within
20 working days of billing.
